On October 8, 2025, the Commission of the Novokakhovka City Military Administration decided to provide compensation for housing destroyed as a result of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation.

This was reported by the Novokakhovka City Military Administration.

According to NMMA, 19 owners of the destroyed property will receive housing certificates. The total amount of compensation allocated by this decision is UAH 27,758,988.

The decisions relate to real estate located in the villages of Vesele and Kozatske in the Novokakhovka community. The compensation is provided in accordance with the procedure approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine under the state program of assistance for destroyed housing.

The 'eRestoration' program continues in Mykolaiv region, with payments of over UAH 724 million approved for 6,597 applicants.

This means that these people can receive funds to repair their homes. To date, thousands of homeowners have already received their first payments, enabling them to start the most necessary repairs.

For those whose property was completely destroyed, there is an option to receive a housing certificate. This option allows you to purchase new housing to replace the lost one. More than a thousand owners have exercised this right, and several dozen more have received financial compensation for independent construction.

"eRestoration" is a government initiative designed to help Ukrainian citizens whose housing was damaged or completely destroyed as a result of the hostilities.

The program has several main areas of focus. It provides financial compensation for current or major repairs for those whose housing was damaged. This allows people to receive funds to restore windows, doors, roofs and other elements of their homes.

For owners of completely destroyed housing, compensation is provided in the form of housing certificates. These certificates can be used to buy a new apartment or house. In addition, some citizens may receive monetary compensation if they decide to build a new house to replace the destroyed one.
