Prosecutors without housing but with cash: what is known about the new leadership of Mykolaiv prosecutor's office?

According to the orders of the Prosecutor General of July 1, Igor Domuyev was appointed head of the Mykolaiv regional prosecutor's office, and Dmytro Lyaschenko was appointed first deputy head.

According to the Mykolaiv Regional Prosecutor's Office, Ihor Domuyev started his career in 1998 at the Mykolaiv Regional Prosecutor's Office, where he worked for over 19 years in various positions, from investigator and district prosecutor to deputy regional prosecutor.

In 2017-2018, he worked at the Zaporizhzhia Region Prosecutor's Office, in particular as the First Deputy Head of the Melitopol Local Prosecutor's Office. In 2018-2023, he held a number of senior positions in the prosecutor's office of Odesa region, and since March 2021, he has headed the Bolhrad District Prosecutor's Office.

In June 2023, he was appointed head of the Cherkasy Regional Prosecutor's Office, where he worked until October of the same year. Since October 27, 2023, Ihor Domuley has been the head of the Odesa Regional Prosecutor's Office.

According to the declaration, the new head of the Mykolaiv Prosecutor's Office does not own any real estate. An 88-square-meter apartment in Odesa is registered in the name of his wife and daughter. Domuyev himself purchased a Volkswagen Touareg for UAH 933 thousand.

As head of the Odesa Prosecutor's Office, he received UAH 1.9 million in 2024. He keeps 199.3 thousand hryvnias in his bank accounts and 15 thousand US dollars in cash.

Dmytro Liashchenko started working in the prosecutor's office in 2006 as an assistant prosecutor of the Korabelnyi district of Mykolaiv. Throughout his career, he has held the positions of prosecutor, deputy head and head of departments at the Mykolaiv Region Prosecutor's Office, the Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine, the Odesa Region Prosecutor's Office, the head of the Kyiv District Prosecutor's Office of Odesa, and the first deputy head of the Odesa Region Prosecutor's Office.

According to the financial statements, the prosecutor has no real estate - an apartment of 133 square meters and 18 hectares of land are registered in the name of his wife Lyudmyla Liashchenko. In addition, the law enforcement officer's wife has owned a Toyota Yaris since 2017, and Dmytro Liashchenko purchased a Toyota RAV4 for UAH 693 thousand last year.

His salary for 2024 amounted to 1.5 million hryvnias, plus 180 thousand hryvnias he received for selling Mitsubishi
Lanser. He has UAH 202 thousand in the bank and USD 21 thousand in cash.
