As stated in the announcement, the overhaul of the water supply system in the village of Pravdino is being carried out to eliminate the emergency, ensure stable water supply to residents and comply with sanitary and hygienic standards. The emergency condition of the system leads to interruptions in water supply, deterioration of water quality, and poses risks to public health.

Therefore, the goal of the project is to eliminate the emergency and ensure uninterrupted water supply for 1500 residents. The plans are to lay 5 kilometers of pipeline, repair 10 existing wells, and install 5 new ones. The project also includes replacing pumps with more energy-efficient ones, repairing the pumping station premises, and upgrading electrical switchboard equipment.

The total cost of the project is UAH 57.7 million. UAH 19.7 million was allocated from the state reserve fund for the project.

Earlier, the Department of Territorial Development of the Kherson Regional State Administration announced its intention to restore the hospital building in the village of Velyka Oleksandrivka. The cost of the work, according to the project, is UAH 120.7 million. Before that, the department announced that it was looking for money to build a general family medicine outpatient clinic in the village of Davydiv Brid.

In addition, the Verkhnorohachytsia village council announced its intention to purchase a set of equipment and a car for a mobile ASC. They plan to spend a little over UAH 1 million. And the Kherson Regional Hospital for Rehabilitation has announced the creation of a 30-bed MentalHealth Unit. The arrangement of which can cost the budget 11 million hryvnias. At the same time, the hospital itself can allocate only 93 thousand hryvnias out of 11 million.

In total, since the beginning of the year, 11 facilities have been added to the DREAM Digital Ecosystem for Accountable Recovery Management, which are planned to be restored in 2025. At the same time, the cost has been calculated for only two reconstruction projects: the repair of the Mental Health Unit and the reconstruction of the Vysokopil Lyceum building.
