Joint Stock Company Oschadbank has put up for sale three land plots with a total area of 60 hectares.

The announcement was published in the Prozorro.Sale system.

The starting price of the lot is UAH 151 million 122.3 thousand, and the auction is scheduled to take place on April 13. The land plots are intended for the placement and operation of main, auxiliary and ancillary buildings and structures of processing, machine-building and other industries and are located in the village of Molodizhne in Odesa district.

Sale of assets and property of state-owned banks is a procedure whereby assets can be purchased from state-owned banks for which the borrower has not repaid the debt for more than 90 days. This may include debts of individuals and legal entities under loan agreements, mortgage and surety agreements, as well as accounts receivable, etc.

Earlier, the limited liability company State Land Bank won a court case for 5.4 thousand hectares of state agricultural land in Odesa region, which had been under arrest for more than a year and a half. The land in question is in Berezivskyi district of Odesa region, which was previously in permanent use of a state-owned enterprise managed by the Ministry of Justice. Due to a legal dispute with the Petrovyrivka village council, these plots were under arrest for more than a year and a half and were actually idle. During this time, the state, according to the SPFU, lost the opportunity to receive annual revenues of about UAH 19.3 million.

Also, the Nauka recreation center, which was sold at an auction last year with 74 bidders, was put back on the auction block because the winner did not sign the auction protocol, and the next bidder did not sign it either.
