One killed and over 30 wounded in Kherson region as a result of shelling

Yesterday Kherson region was again under massive attacks by Russian troops. Beryslav, Stanislav, Bilozerka, Antonivka, Chornobaivka, Kizomys, Novoraysk, Komyshany, and the city of Kherson, as well as a number of other localities in the region, came under enemy drone terror, air strikes, and artillery fire.

According to Oleksandr Prokudin, the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, the occupants hit critical and social infrastructure, as well as residential areas.

Two multi-storey buildings and four private houses were damaged as a result of the attacks. In addition, Russian troops damaged a cell tower, a catering facility, an outbuilding, a shop, a shuttle bus and private cars.

As a result of Russian aggression, one person was killed and 31 other residents of the region were injured.

Also yesterday, five people were evacuated from the liberated communities of Kherson region. Local authorities are once again calling on residents of dangerous settlements to leave for safer regions.

Recently, in Kherson, the Russian occupiers again attacked public transportation with a drone. A shuttle bus belonging to a municipal enterprise of the Kherson City Council was hit.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that the situation in Kherson and the temporarily occupied part of Kherson region, in particular in Oleshky, is "particularly difficult." According to him, the evacuation of people from the left bank of the region remains extremely difficult.

In addition, the Russian military attacked a civilian car carrying employees of a local enterprise. A 60-year-old man was killed in the attack. Five other people sustained injuries of varying severity and were hospitalized.

Shortly after the first strike, the occupiers attacked again. An ambulance that arrived at the scene came under fire.
