In the center of Kherson, a Russian drone attacked a minibus - six people were injured

In Kherson, the Russian occupiers again attacked public transportation with a drone. A shuttle bus of a municipal enterprise of the Kherson City Council came under attack.

According to the Kherson City Military Administration, an enemy drone attacked the bus at about 11:15 a.m. in the central part of the city.

Six passengers were reported to have been injured. The driver of the bus sustained a concussion.

Later it became known that two victims were taken to the hospital - a 57-year-old woman and a 65-year-old man. They were diagnosed with contusions, explosive and closed head injuries. Doctors assess their condition as moderate. The victims are currently undergoing further examination.

Information on the consequences of the attack is being clarified.

Recently, the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced a "particularly difficult situation" in Kherson and the temporarily occupied part of Kherson region, in particular in Oleshky. According to him, the evacuation of people from the left bank of the region remains extremely difficult.

Earlier, twelve people were injured in Kherson region as a result of a Russian drone attack. There is a child among the wounded.

As a reminder, on May 3, 2026, trolleybuses were temporarily suspended in Kherson and the number of buses on city routes was significantly limited. The reason was the attacks by Russian troops on public transportation the day before.

The Russian military also attacked a civilian car carrying employees of a local business. A 60-year-old man was killed in the attack. Five other people received injuries of varying severity and were hospitalized.

Shortly after the first strike, the occupiers attacked again. An ambulance that arrived at the scene came under fire.

As a reminder, two people were killed in the last day as a result of Russian aggression. Another 26 people were injured, including three children.

On May 1, the Russian military attacked a cyclist with a drone in the Dniprovsky district of Kherson.
A 65-year-old man was fatally wounded and died on the spot.
