Oleksandr Alchiev Declares ₴1.1M Salary and Family Assets in 2024

The head of the Beryslav City Military Administration , Oleksandr Alchiyev, has submitted his annual declaration for 2024.

According to the Center for Public Investigations, information about this appeared in the Unified State Register of Declarations.

The documents indicate that the only declared property belongs to the official's wife - a 49 m² apartment in Sloviansk, Donetsk Oblast. The cost as of the date of acquisition was UAH 123,088.

Alchiev's wife also owns a ZAZ VIDA car made in 2014, purchased in 2015 for UAH 226,695.

In 2024, Oleksandr Alchiyev received UAH 1 million 119 thousand 961 in salary from the Beryslav City Military Administration. He also declared social payments in the amount of 4 thousand hryvnias, including as an IDP.

Alchiyev's wife, Tatiana, declared UAH 726,431 of salary at SENS BANK JSC, as well as additional income in the form of social payments (UAH 10,000), additional benefits (UAH 3,464), pension and insurance contributions (UAH 8,038) and insurance payments (UAH 3,550).

In addition to income, the family has monetary assets in the form of cash. Tetiana Alchieva has USD 6,000 and Oleksandr Alchiev has USD 7,000.

It should be added that there is no information on deposits or securities in the official's declaration.

On October 19, 2023, President Volodymyr Zelenskyi appointed Oleksandr Alchiev as the head of the Beryslav City Military Administration of the Beryslav District of Kherson Region. Prior to that, he headed the Velykonovosilkivskyi District State Administration in Donetsk Oblast.

Meanwhile, the head of the Municipal Guard of the Kherson City Council, Serhiy Andreev, has neither his own nor rented housing, but indicated a salary of 34 million hryvnias that he earned last year.

And the head of the Oleshky City Military Administration in Kherson Oblast , Tetiana Hasanenko, reported in her declaration that she bought a car three times cheaper than the market price last year. Also, Natalia Chekhuta, the first deputy head of the Kherson MVA, bought a private house in Vinnytsia region. At the same time, the wife of the dismissed rector of Kherson University, Yuriy Kyrylov, bought an expensive apartment in the capital. Also, Alla Malytska , CEO of the Kherson City Clinical Hospital named after E.E. Karabelesh, who was first fired and then reinstated, declared real estate, a land plot, a motorboat, and foreign currency savings.
