Odesa starts collecting proposals for the development strategy implementation plan

The Odesa City Council has announced the start of collecting proposals for local development projects for the action plan for 2026-2027 to implement the Strategy for the Development of the Territorial Community of Odesa until 2027.

This was reported by the press service of the Odesa municipality.

Residents of the territorial community of Odesa, public organizations and business representatives are invited to participate in the formation of the action plan for 2026-2027 for the implementation of the Strategy for the Development of the Territorial Community of Odesa until 2027.

The Odesa City Council has started working on an action plan for 2026-2027 to implement the Strategy for the Development of the Territorial Community of Odesa until 2027. It should contain projects that contribute to the fulfillment of tasks to achieve the goals set out in the Strategy for the Development of the Territorial Community of Odesa until 2027. Odesa residents were invited to submit project proposals that will help implement the objectives of the Development Strategy.

Projects must meet the following requirements:

• contribute to the fulfillment of the Development Strategy objectives;
• aim to achieve public benefit. The beneficiary of the project cannot be an individual or legal entity;
• the implementation period is 2026-2027;
• realistic and reasonable budget, availability of technical and organizational capabilities for project implementation;
• specificity, achievability of the goal and performance indicators by 2027;
• implementation must be environmentally friendly and comply with the principles of gender equality and inclusiveness.

Only those project proposals that contain complete and properly executed project information will be accepted for consideration. Completed forms will be accepted until March 25, 2026 at the Department of Economic Development of the Odesa City Council.
