The company plans to complete the works by December 31, 2026, if the deal is concluded. According to the service, YouControl LLC Stroy-Invest-Group-7 was registered in Odesa in 2018. The owner is Dmytro Romaniuk from Odesa.

This is not the first time the company has participated in tenders from the city council. In March 2025, it was the only bidder in two procurements for the overhaul of civil defense facilities on Serednya and Prokhorivska streets. The company expected to receive UAH 5.4 million for the repair of the shelter on Prokhorivska Street and UAH 10 million 395.4 thousand for the shelter on Serednya Street.

Also, Stroy-Invest-Group-7 was the only bidder for the right to restore an apartment building at 8-B Shevchenko Avenue and, accordingly, the winner started the work. The procurement was conducted in the format of open bidding with special features, and the company will receive UAH 45 million 848.8 thousand for the work if the agreement is concluded.

On the evening of March 7, Odesa was the target of another attack by Russians, who launched Shahed-136 unmanned aerial vehicles across the city.
