On the evening of March 7, Odesa was the target of another attack by Russians, who launched Shahed-136 unmanned aerial vehicles into the city.

According to the press service of the Odesa Regional Prosecutor's Office, as in previous attacks, civilian and energy infrastructure was targeted.

In such cases, law enforcement officers initiate a pre-trial investigation into war crimes under Article 438, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, and this time they did the same. The State Emergency Service in Odesa region also noted that the attack set fire to a hangar with agricultural machinery, service station buildings, a car shop, solar panels stacked in an open area, and a four-story industrial building.

At least eight cars burned down. The enemy attack left almost 1,500 local residents without electricity.

The Navy reported that sailors destroyed eight drones in the evening.

For more than two weeks now, Russians have been attacking Odesa region from the air every day. On the evening of March 6, a shakedown attack damaged energy facilities and residential buildings in the suburban area of Odesa.

On the evening of March 5, the town of Pivdenne came under attack. Two people were injured in the attack, one of them was hospitalized. A private two-story house was heavily damaged, and the windows of an administrative building were also damaged. In addition, one of the energy facilities in the region was damaged.

In the evening of March 4, the strikes damaged the city' s critical infrastructure: part of Odesa was left without electricity, water and heat. Debris from the downed drones damaged private homes in the suburbs of Odesa, causing fires. The drone attack killed retired police colonel Anatoliy Korpan. He was the deputy head of the Department for Combating Organized Crime of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Odesa region.

On March 3, Odesa was also subjected to a large-scale attack by Russian drones. Numerous explosions were heard in the city, and drones circled over residential and industrial areas of the city and suburbs.
