ARMA has launched consultations to select a manager for a maritime logistics complex in Odesa region. The complex was transferred to the agency's management after the arrest.

This was reported by the press service of the Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA).

Market consultations were announced to select the manager of the maritime logistics complex Agroterminal Logistic LLC in Odesa region.

According to the press service, this complex is associated with the former owners of Privatbank. It was arrested as part of criminal proceedings and transferred to the management of the ARMA by a decision of the Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Kyiv.

Agroterminal Logistic is engaged in logistics in the agricultural sector: transshipment, storage and transportation of grain. The complex includes a marine terminal with a berth, special equipment, machinery and grain storage facilities.

This is a single purpose-built property complex located in Odesa region, Liman district, within the Novobilyarsky village council. It includes a complex of buildings and structures No. 5 on the land plots.

ARMA has invited companies, in addition to the owners of the asset and representatives of the aggressor state, to join the consultations. Proposals will be accepted until 15:00 on October 31, 2025. After the consultations, open bidding will be held on Prozorro to select a manager who will effectively use the complex and ensure stable revenues to the state budget.

The property of Agroterminal Logistic LLC was transferred to ARMA in March 2025. This is a large marine transshipment and warehouse complex for grain cargo in Odesa region, which includes a berth for grain transshipment.

According to the Prosecutor General's Office, the facility is owned by a company associated with a well-known businessman. The transfer of the complex took place as part of an investigation into the illegal actions of officials of several companies, including PrivatBank, as well as the bank's former owners, Ihor Kolomoisky and Gennadiy Boholyubov.

In early October, the court transferred the house of former Odesa MP Ruslan Tarpan, who is suspected of transferring collectible cars and real estate income to Russian special services and misappropriating budget funds, to the agency's management.
