Odesa Region's Children's Sanatorium Khadzhibey Offered for Lease at ₴3,820/month

The regional office of the State Property Fund offers for rent the premises of the children's specialized sanatorium Khadzhibey in the resort area of Odesa region. The starting rent is just over UAH 3 thousand per month.

This became known from the lease announcement posted on the public procurement website Prozorro.Sale.

The SPF offers to lease for 20 years for UAH 3.82 per month:

According to the terms, the purpose of the sanatorium 's real estate should not be changed. It should provide prosthetics, rehabilitation, and psychological support to patients affected by the war (military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine). Therefore, the tenant must have at least 1 year of experience in the specialty of physical and rehabilitation medicine, as evidenced by information from the Ministry of Health's License Register for Medical Practice.

The winner of the tender will also be obliged to repair the premises of the sanatorium during the first year of the lease. At the same time, it will be prohibited from selling alcoholic and low-alcohol beverages, tobacco products, e-cigarettes and liquids used in e-cigarettes, and devices for consuming tobacco products without burning them.

The three-round English auction will be held on April 7, with the bid acceptance deadline on April 6.

Earlier, the State Property Fund managed to sell the only property complex of the State Enterprise"Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi Commercial Sea Port" at a privatization auction. TOP-Offer LLC offered the fund UAH 108 million 120 thousand at a starting price of UAH 88 million 986.2 thousand. However, after the change of the company's owner, the deal is undergoing additional verification. According to Maxim Ravchak, a representative of the SPFU, there is a risk that the sale agreement may be canceled.
