The warehouse facilities of the Reni seaport have been put up for auction in the Odesa region. The business was offered a five-year lease with the possibility of free use of the facility.

This was reported by Intent with reference to Prozorro.Sale data.

The State Property Fund of Ukraine has put up for auction the warehouses of the Reni Sea Commercial Port. It is a covered cargo warehouse No. 6 with an area of more than 8 thousand square meters, located at 188 Dunaiska Street in the city of Reni.

The auction is scheduled for November 12, and bids can be submitted until November 11. The starting rent is almost UAH 200 thousand per month, and the lease agreement will be concluded for five years.

The building is on the balance sheet of the state-owned enterprise Reni Sea Commercial Port. The current tenant, Agro-Reni LLC, has a preemptive right to extend the lease agreement, which has been in force since 2015. According to the landlords, the future tenant will be able to use the premises at its own discretion, which opens up additional opportunities for business and port infrastructure development.

The State Property Fund emphasized that this is a chance for entrepreneurs to get space in one of the key ports on the Danube, which is actively developing its transport and logistics network.

Also, the Asset Recovery and Management Agency(ARMA) has launched preliminary market consultations to select a manager of a strategic asset - a maritime logistics complex in Odesa region. It is a large-scale infrastructure facility with its own transshipment facilities, warehouses and railroad tracks.

And in September, the State Property Fund announced an auction for the sale of 99.57% of the shares in the Odesa Port Plant. This is one of the largest chemical enterprises in Ukraine, exporting products to more than 30 countries. Due to the war, the plant has not been operating at full capacity for a long time, so a powerful private investor is needed to restore production. The auction is scheduled for November 25, with a starting price of UAH 4.5 billion.
