Odesa region is third in Ukraine in terms of the number of companies with co-owners from the UK

There are 220 companies with co-owners from the UK in Odesa region, and the region ranks third in Ukraine by this indicator.

This was reported by analysts of the YouControl service.

In total, there are 5,170 companies in Ukraine with co-owners from the UK. Most of these companies are registered in Kyiv - 2,367. A significant number of them are also registered in Kyiv (1,433), Donetsk (212), and Dnipro (188) regions.

Out of the sample, 35 companies with co-owners from the United Kingdom have notifications of sanctions related to their participants or ultimate beneficial owners. In addition, 41 companies have participants or ultimate beneficiaries from Russia in their ownership structure, in addition to representatives of the country under investigation.

The 185 corporate groups include, are related to, or have connections with 546 companies. At the same time, a company may belong to several groups at the same time or one group may include several companies. VR Capital Group (36), Low Price Pharmacy (35), and Ukrproduct Group (30) have the largest number of companies in the corporate groups in the sample.

For 3 quarters of 2025, 498 legal entities out of 5,170 analyzed companies with UK representatives in their ownership structure reported positive revenue. The total revenue of these companies amounted to UAH 311.2 billion.

As of January 21, 2026, 15,358 Ukrainian companies have participants, shareholders or ultimate beneficiaries from Cyprus, the United Kingdom, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. Of these, 2,295 companies declared positive revenues totaling UAH 1.9 trillion in the three quarters of 2025.
