Odesa Mayor Trukhanov Establishes ₴1.5K Monthly Scholarship for 10 Art Students

Odesa Mayor Gennadiy Trukhanov has signed a decree establishing a scholarship of the Mayor of Odesa for gifted students of Odesa art schools.

As stated in the mayor's order, 10 students will receive the scholarship.

Thus, from January to December inclusive, in 2025, the scholarship of the Odesa Mayor in the amount of UAH 1.5 thousand will be received monthly:

• Veronika Baulina - a student of Odesa School of Arts No. 1 named after E.G. Hillels in Odesa;
• Eter Belash, a student of the Odesa Choreographic School;
• Nikita Gerus - student of Odesa School of Arts No. 8;
• Andrii Humen, a student of Odesa Art School No. 11;
• Eleonora Isaieva, a student of Odesa Art School No. 9;
• Mykhailo Liakhovetskyi, a student of Odesa Art School No. 12;
• Daria Nikul, a student of the Odesa Kryzhanovsky Choral School;
• Nikita Pozdnov, a student of Odesa Art School No. 7;
• Yuriy Yurash, a student of the Kryzhanovsky Odesa Choir School;
• Daniil Yavorsky, a student of Odesa Art School No. 2 named after O.K. Glazunov.

In February, Odesa Mayor Gennadiy Trukhanov signed a decree establishing the Odesa Mayor's scholarship for gifted students of Odesa art schools.

Earlier, Odesa Mayor Gennadiy Trukhanov ordered to award a monthly scholarship of UAH 1,000 to 20 students of general secondary education institutions from January to June 2025.

Last year, at the end of January, Odesa Mayor Gennadiy Trukhanov also ordered to grant a monthly pension supplement to outstanding creative personalities in 2024 and a scholarship of the Odesa Mayor to gifted students of the city's art schools. Back then, the scholarship amounted to 1.3 thousand hryvnias.
