Odesa Mayor Gennadiy Trukhanov has ordered to allocate funds from the general fund of the budget of the Odesa City Territorial Community for 2025.

As stated in the mayor's order, it is about UAH 16 million to be allocated to pay off the debt under the program classification code "Construction of healthcare facilities".

The order also provided for the allocation of UAH 206.7 thousand to pay court fees.

By two more orders, the mayor allocated funds from the city environmental protection fund of Odesa to provide services for determining the volume (measuring the volume) of waste whose owner is not established in Odesa - UAH 94 thousand and for the purchase of equipment and its verification, as well as the purchase of consumables for the operation of a mobile environmental laboratory - UAH 20 thousand 331.

Meanwhile, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved the allocation of funds from the state budget to co-finance the arrangement of a parking lot and rest area for drivers on the M-15 Odesa-Reni highway (to Bucharest).

Law enforcement officers suspected a group of people of misappropriating grant funds allocated to Ukraine by Romania as part of a joint project to reconstruct sewer networks and install a backup pipeline in the city of Izmail.

Last October, investigators served a notice of suspicion to the director of a utility company of the Izmail City Council, the project manager. He developed and implemented a criminal plan to seize grant funds for four years . To do this, he used a commercial structure that he had founded 10 years ago and then transferred ownership to another person under his control.
