Odesa Hospital No. 10 Awards ₴3.8M Contract for Accessibility Repairs

The municipal non-profit enterprise City Clinical Hospital No. 10 of the Odesa City Council has conducted a procurement to select a company that will be paid for the final construction work in one of the buildings.

The relevant information was published in the Prozorro electronic procurement system.

It is about the current repair of certain rooms on the second, third and fourth floors for the accommodation and use of people with limited mobility. The procurement was conducted in the format of an open tender with special conditions, and the only participant was Cargo Systems, a private enterprise. The company expects to receive UAH 3 million 807 thousand after the deal is concluded.

According to the YouControl service, the private enterprise was registered in 2009 in Odesa and is owned by Yevhen Holik, a resident of Odesa. In 2024 and 2025, the company participated in five tenders, four of which were held by Hospital No. 11. The total amount for which the company won the tenders amounted to UAH 2 million 189.2 thousand.

In January 2025, the municipal non-profit enterprise City Clinical Hospital No. 10 of the Odesa City Council held a tender to select a supplier of a laser lithotripsy system. The procurement was conducted in the format of an open tender with peculiarities and the only participant was an individual entrepreneur , Oleksandr Leshchenko. He is to provide the hospital with the system for UAH 5 million 590.6 thousand by December 31, 2025.

In December 2024, three Odesa hospitals chose the Fabrika Smaku Limited Liability Company to provide feeding systems for patients affected by the Russian Federation for the next year with a total procurement value of UAH 22 million. All three procurements were conducted in the format of open bidding with special features, and Fabrika Smaku LLC was the only participant.
