Odesa Mayor Gennadiy Trukhanov has dismissed Svyatoslav Galanzovsky, director of the Peresypsky Housing and Utility Service, from his position.

As stated in the mayor's order, the dismissal was by agreement of the parties.

Svyatoslav Galanzovsky was appointed to manage this enterprise on July 14, 2025. The grounds were the submission of the head of the Peresypsk District Administration, Serhiy Kondratyuk, in whose office Svyatoslav Halanzovsky is the first deputy.

At the end of July, members of the Odesa City Council's Standing Committee on Emergency Situations and Elimination of Their Consequences, Ecology and Digital Transformation accused the leadership of the city's Peresypskyi District Administration of signing certificates of completion when no work had been done.

Svyatoslav Halanzovsky, the head of the Peresypsky housing and communal services company, said that due to the smaller number of people, the company had to reduce the frequency of cleaning. "Peresypskyi" housing and communal services company cleans its territory by 50%. The housing and communal services company explained that there are areas that are cleaned once or twice a year, so the time of the inspection may not coincide with this frequency.

Earlier, Odesa Mayor Hennadii Trukhanov appointed new directors to two city utilities - Odeskomuntrans and Miskzelentrest. Volodymyr Tkach was appointed director of Odeskomuntrans, having been dismissed from his position as deputy director for operations of the utility. Zurab Shoniya has been appointed director of Miskzelentrest. Both started working in their new positions on August 5.

In early July, Odesa Mayor Hennadiy Trukhanov announced the appointment of a new acting deputy mayor, Serhiy Kotsiuba.
