Odesa City Military Administration officially names all deputy heads

The Odesa City Military Administration has officially announced who will be the deputies of the head of the MVA, Serhiy Lysak.

According to the MMA, there are currently four deputies.

The first deputy is Nadiya Zadorozhna, a former deputy governor of Dnipropetrovs'k region for social issues.

Another woman in the team of deputies is Olha Lozova, former director of the Department of Education and Science of the Dnipro Regional State Administration.

Hennadii Raskin and Serhii Krasylenko were announced earlier during a meeting of the Standing Committee on Planning, Budget and Finance on October 27.

On October 16, the new head of the Odesa City Military Administration, Serhiy Lysak, was introduced in Odesa. The day before, President Zelensky announced the creation of the Odesa City Military Administration in an evening address, after which Lysak became the main contender for the post.

On October 14, Zelensky deprived Odesa Mayor Hennadiy Trukhanov, former MP Oleh Tsarev, and dancer Serhiy Polunin of Ukrainian citizenship. After that, he formally lost his powers as mayor.

Trukhanov himself denied having Russian citizenship, called the deprivation of his Ukrainian passport a political decision, and said he would appeal to international bodies to confirm his status.

Meanwhile, the acting mayor of Odesa, Ihor Koval, ordered to convene an extraordinary session of the city council.

The meeting is scheduled for October 30. The recommended agenda consists of five issues:
