Odesa City Council Awards ₴7.7M Land Management Contract to Land Cadastral Bureau

The Department of Land Resources of Odesa City Council has conducted a procurement to select a company to develop technical documentation on land management for the inventory of municipal land in Odesa.

The relevant information is available in the Prozorro electronic procurement system.

The procurement is divided into two lots, and the first one concerns the land of Peresypskyi district with a total estimated area of 85.3 hectares within:

The second lot concerned the territory with an approximate area of 98.2 hectares in the Khadzhibeyskyi district of the city within the boundaries of:

There was no competition for both lots. The sole bidder and winner of the tender was Land Cadastral Bureau, a limited liability company. The company expects to receive UAH 7 million 707.9 thousand for the two lots.

According to the YouControl service, the Land Cadastral Bureau Limited Liability Company was registered in Odesa in 2016. The owners are currently Andriy Vasko and Volodymyr Shevchenko.
