The Department of Municipal Economy of Odesa City Council has allocated UAH 1.134 million to conduct an inventory of special-purpose green spaces in the city's Prymorskyi district.

The relevant information is available in the Prozorro e-procurement system.

As stated in the terms of reference, the experts are to not only list the trees, but also determine their species, age, condition, trunk diameter and book value. A similar analysis will be carried out for bushes, flower beds and lawns on a total area of more than 60 hectares. All the data will be included in the facility's passport and inventory plan.

However, the tender documents do not specify whether this is a primary or current inventory. This may affect the cost of the work and the timeframe, as well as the customer's obligation to transfer previously collected materials.

Odesa already has an online platform called Green Space Monitoring, where citizens can add photos of trees, indicate their condition and location. However, a full-scale inventory in accordance with all standards has not yet been conducted.

Applications from participants will be accepted until April 5, and on April 7, an auction will be held in an open bidding format with special features that provide for shorter deadlines for submitting applications and appealing.

The works are to be completed by the end of October 2025.

Recently, the Department of Land Resources of the Odesa City Council held a procurement to select a company to develop technical land management documentation for the inventory of municipally owned land in Odesa.

The procurement was divided into two lots and the first lot concerned the land of Peresypskyi district with a total approximate area of 85.3 hectares. The second lot concerned the territory with an approximate area of 98.2 hectares in Khadzhibeyskyi district. There was no competition for both lots. The sole bidder and winner of the tender was Land Cadastral Bureau, a limited liability company. The company expects to receive UAH 7 million 707.9 thousand for the two lots.
