Over the last day, 39 settlements in Kherson region came under attack. Two people were killed, nine others were wounded, and housing, infrastructure and transportation were destroyed.

This was reported by Oleksandr Prokudin, head of the Kherson Military District Administration.

At least 39 settlements in Kherson region came under Russian shelling on July 6-7. Among them are Kherson, Antonivka, Sadove, Berehove, Kizomys, Komyshany, Molodizhne, as well as more than three dozen other villages and towns.

The occupiers shelled residential areas, critical and social infrastructure with artillery, drones and aircraft. The attacks damaged two multi-story buildings, 21 private houses, a gas station, and several cars, including a rescue vehicle.

Two civilians were killed and nine others were injured as a result of the hostilities.

On the morning of July 6, Russian troops shelled a gas station in Kherson. As a result of the attack, a fire broke out, which rescuers came to extinguish. While extinguishing the fire, the enemy struck again at the same facility, this time damaging a tanker truck.

Despite the danger, there were no casualties among the rescuers and civilians. During the day, significant destruction was recorded in the region: at least five high-rise buildings, six private houses, a gas station, a garage and several cars came under fire.

The shelling killed two people and wounded three others. Around 8 a.m., a drone attacked a 56-year-old man in Dniprovsky district. At noon, the occupiers again dropped explosives from a UAV on the same area - a 62-year-old woman was injured. A resident of Antonivka was also reported dead - his injuries were incompatible with life.

The day before, three people were injured in a residential area as a result of a drone attack, including two children aged 9 and 17. In total, 11 people were injured over the day, and dozens of houses, a gas station, a gas pipeline and vehicles were destroyed.
