The arrest of the suspect in aiding the aggressor state was extended. An employee of the Nibulon company collected and passed on to the enemy data about the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Mykolaiv region.

This is evidenced by the decision of the Central District Court of Mykolaiv.

On April 25, 2025, the investigating judge of the Central District Court of Mykolaiv granted the request of law enforcement officers and extended the term of detention for a suspect in aiding the aggressor state.

The man is a native of Matrosivka village, Beryslav district, Kherson region, who is suspected of committing a crime under Part 2 of Article 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine - aiding the aggressor state. According to the investigation, no later than December 21, 2021, the man created a pro-Russian channel on the Telegram messenger aimed at spreading the ideology of separatism and supporting Russia's military actions against Ukraine.

Through this channel, he repeatedly disseminated messages about the movement of the Ukrainian military, in particular, military equipment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Mykolaiv region. The investigation recorded several such episodes - in particular, on October 31, 2024, on the territory of the Nibulon enterprise in Snihurivka. The man sent detailed descriptions of a convoy of vehicles, including pickup trucks, armored vehicles, armored personnel carriers, and Grad multiple rocket launchers, to a pro-Russian user via Telegram.

The messages contained precise descriptions of the time, direction of movement and markings of the military equipment, which allowed it to be identified on the ground. According to the investigation, the suspect acted intentionally to assist Russia in its armed aggression against Ukraine.

The prosecutor noted at the court hearing that there was a reasonable suspicion of committing a particularly serious crime, which is punishable by up to 15 years in prison or life imprisonment. The court granted the motion and left the suspect in custody.

At the end of January, the Central District Court of Mykolaiv seized the property of a suspect in disseminating information about the Armed Forces of Ukraine. According to the investigation, the man used three phones - ZTE, Moto and Galaxy A30 - to transmit military data. These devices were seized during a search at the company LLC JV Nibulon, where the suspect officially worked as an electrician.
