New Mykolaiv Police Leaders Declare Wealth and Assets for 2023

The police in Mykolaiv region have new leaders. Intent decided to find out what they declared, what cars they drive, and how much money they keep.

According to the press service, the new leaders were appointed by the head of the Main Department of the National Police in Mykolaiv region, Serhiy Makhno. He introduced the new head of the Department of Organizational and Analytical Support and Operational Response, Lieutenant Colonel Ihor Liutikov.

According to Makhno, this unit registers citizens' reports of criminal offenses and other incidents, coordinates operational response, manages patrols, monitors the security situation in the region, and is responsible for mobilization training, territorial defense and civil protection.

In addition, the police chief introduced the new head of the Bashtanka district department, Police Major Anzor Maglaperidze, who previously headed the police in Novyi Buh. Police Major Vitaliy Vodoslavsky will temporarily act as the head of the Novyi Buh police department, and Major Dmytro Lopatka will act as the head of the Kazanka police department.

It is worth noting that according to the law, the newly appointed leaders must submit declarations of their income and property. These documents help the public to learn more about the wealth of law enforcement officers and the correspondence of their income to their lifestyle, which helps prevent possible corruption risks. In 2023, the newly appointed officers declared real estate, cars, and salaries.

For example, Ihor Liutikov 's declaration includes an apartment he purchased in 2019 for UAH 1 million 52. He also has the right to use a dormitory. In addition, he owns a garage with a total area of 24 square meters. The new head drives two cars - a Skoda Octavia, made in 2012, purchased in 2019, and an IFAN KP-200, made in 2022, which was purchased for 9,228 hryvnias. His wife, Olha Liutikova, uses a MITSUBISHI COLT, made in 2006, which was purchased in 2023 for UAH 118 thousand.

The declarant earned 616 thousand 941 hryvnias, and his wife, who also works in the police, earned 473 thousand 843 hryvnias. He also received UAH 19,256 in social benefits, his wife received UAH 5,000, and his two daughters received UAH 12,000. They kept 250 thousand hryvnias in cash and 72 thousand 753 hryvnias in banks.

Until 2023,Anzor Maglaperidze worked in the police of Odesa region. His declaration indicates that he uses a 2012 SKODA OCTAVIA A5, which was purchased in 2022 for UAH 49 thousand. He received UAH 578,513 in salary and keeps UAH 150,000 in savings.

Vitalii Vodoslavskyi and his family partially own an apartment of 29 square meters, residential houses of 76 square meters and 90 square meters. His wife drives a 2008 VAZ 21112, purchased in 2022 for 65 thousand hryvnias. At her place of work, she earned UAH 95,625, while the declarant himself earned UAH 762,608.

Among Dmytro Lopatka 's assets is a share of a house purchased in 1996, 87 square meters. He drives an AUDI A6, made in 2004, which he purchased in 2021 for 40 thousand hryvnias. He earned 545 thousand 85 hryvnias. He received UAH 307 from the bank, won UAH 1,491 from GAMDEV LLC, and UAH 371 from NITIV APPS LLC. Previously, he was the deputy head of the Bashtanka District Police Department of the Mykolaiv Oblast National Police.

The head of the National Police in Mykolaiv region, Serhii Makhno, received an income of UAH 894,438 in 2023, but does not own any real estate. He earned 577,296 hryvnias at the Main Directorate in Kyiv, and 317,142 hryvnias while working in Mykolaiv, which averaged 105,714 hryvnias per month.

The cash savings of the head of the Mykolaiv regional police are 215 thousand hryvnias and 20 thousand US dollars.

Meanwhile, the chief prosecutor of the region , Denys Falchenko, set an example for his colleagues on how to achieve higher pension payments. Currently, four other heads of prosecutor's offices in Mykolaiv region receive pensions.
