National Bank failed to sell warehouses near Odesa

The auction for the sale of an integral property complex located in Odesa at 34, 19th kilometer of Starokyivska Road, with a total area of 25,659.9 square meters, was not held.

This is reported in the Prozorro.Sale system.

The auction was announced by the National Bank of Ukraine. The integral property complex is represented by a group of non-residential buildings and structures for warehouse and administrative purposes, located about 16 kilometers from the center of Odesa, in the Kulindorivskyi industrial hub zone in the Peresypskyi district of the city, at a distance of 0.5 km from Starokyivska road (section of the international highway M-14 "Odesa - Melitopol - Novoazovsk"). The lot does not include movable property that ensures the operation of the cold storage facilities. The sale is based on the decision of the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine on the alienation and in accordance with the rules of ProZorro.Sale electronic trading system for conducting electronic auctions for the sale or lease of property.

All costs associated with the conclusion and notarization of the property sale and purchase agreement shall be borne by the winner of the electronic auction. The auction is scheduled to take place on December 5 with a starting price of UAH 92 million 655.4 thousand.

This is not the first attempt to sell this property. The auction scheduled for December 5 did not take place due to the absence of bidders. In February, the Enforcement Division of the State Enforcement Service Department of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine put it up for sale through the OpenMarket electronic auction.

The lot consists of:

• the main building with blocks of utility rooms, a truck platform and a railway track;
• an administrative building, a security building, a car weighbridge, and an electrical shop building;
• oils and greases warehouse, material warehouse, water measuring unit;
• switchgear, boiler house building, carpentry shop, repair and mechanical building;
• a trade pavilion, a car wash, a fueling unit, a lubricants and oils warehouse and other property.

The starting price was UAH 112 million 325.8 thousand.
