Mykolaivelektrotrans spent 300 million on repairs and equipment

In 2025<span><span><span><span><span><span>,</span></span></span></span></span></span>Mykolaivlectrotrans spent more than UAH 300 million. The main funds were spent on equipment, repairs, and spare parts for vehicles.

This is evidenced by an analysis of the most expensive procurement conducted by Intent based on data from Zakupivli.pro.

Since the beginning of 2025, Mykolaivelectrotrans has spent hundreds of millions of hryvnias of budget funds on procurement for the operation of urban electric transport. Most of the money was spent on electricity and its distribution - more than UAH 193 million.

The expenses included UAH 143.8 million for electricity and UAH 49.2 million for distribution services. The purchase of railway equipment cost UAH 62.2 million, and parts of electrical distribution and control equipment cost UAH 8.5 million. UAH 5.1 million was allocated for electrical equipment, and several million more for spare parts for trams and trolleybuses, including UAH 8.12 million for gears and drives, UAH 6 million for mechanical parts, and UAH 2 million for springs.

Separately, the company spent UAH 3.38 million on glass, UAH 2.5 million on cables, UAH 2.8 million on parts of railway and tram locomotives, and UAH 2.45 million on metal-plastic windows. Motor vehicle insurance cost almost UAH 740 thousand, medical examinations of employees - UAH 390 thousand, and advertising services for applying stickers to vehicles - UAH 400 thousand.

Construction works include the current repair of the tramway and the surrounding area for almost UAH 4.95 million. In addition, the company purchased half a million worth of tram and trolleybus tickets and ordered passenger traffic tracking services for 734 thousand.

Currently, Mykolaivelectrotrans continues to hold tenders. Among the new large purchases are electronic equipment for UAH 1.19 million, maintenance of the asphalt pavement near the tramway on Bohoyavlenskyi Avenue for UAH 635 thousand, and new electrical equipment worth UAH 4.4 million.

In 2025, the utility company spent more than UAH 300 million on electricity and its distribution, as well as tens of millions on equipment, spare parts, and repairs.

Another city utility, Mykolaivvodokanal, spent more than UAH 380 million on major purchases in 2025. The largest expenditures were also for electricity, water pipelines, and chemicals.
