Mykolaiv Mayor Oleksandr Senkevych convenes the 51st regular session of the City Council of the VIII convocation. Due to working adjustments, the start time of the meeting was postponed.

The relevant order was published on the website of Mykolaiv City Council.

According to the updated information, the deputies will meet on Thursday, February 26, at 10:00. Like previous meetings under martial law, the session will be held via video conference. The deputies will consider a number of topical issues of community life, budgetary changes, and draft decisions on the restoration of urban infrastructure. There are 126 issues on the agenda.

The bulk of the agenda concerns the regulation of land relations in the community. In particular, the deputies plan to consider numerous draft decisions on the transfer of ownership and lease of land plots to residents of the Central, Zavodskyi, Ingulskyi, and Korabelnyi districts of the city. These include the privatization of plots for the construction and maintenance of residential buildings and outbuildings, as well as the issuance of permits for the development of technical land management documentation to restore the boundaries of the plots in kind.

In addition to the land block, the deputies will discuss organizational changes in the work of the council itself. The agenda includes amendments to the structure of Mykolaiv City Council and its executive bodies. The session also plans to approve an updated list of jurors for the Korabelnyi District Court of Mykolaiv. Most of the draft resolutions submitted for consideration have already been preliminarily discussed and approved at meetings of the relevant standing committees in January and February.
