Recently, two deputies of the Mykolaiv Regional Council resigned their seats early. MP Svitlana Fedorova and MP Vladyslav Neveselyi resigned from their seats.

The Center for Public Investigations decided to find out what the ex-deputies own, how much they earned, and how much money they keep.

The declaration of Svitlana Fedorova, a former deputy of the Mykolaiv Regional Council , for 2023 raised a lot of questions. In particular, during the war, she purchased a 2009 Land Rover Discovery for 75 thousand hryvnias, and the following year she received 100 thousand hryvnias of income from the sale of movable property, which probably relates to this particular car.

According to the declaration, Fedorova owns two apartments, one of which was purchased in 2000 and the other in 2023. The location of the real estate is not specified. She also owns a 2014 ZAZ VIDA car purchased in 2021.

The ex-member's husband, Mykola Isaykin, owns a KIA car, but the documents indicate a strange date of acquisition of ownership - January 1, 1970, although the car itself was produced in 2020.

As for her income, in 2023, Fedorova received over UAH 150 thousand in salary for her work at the Center for HIV/AIDS Prevention and Control of Odesa City Council. In addition, she received UAH 160,000 in fees from the International Charitable Foundation Alliance for Public Health, UAH 60,000 in payments for IDPs and under the ePerformance program, and a pension of UAH 24,000.

Her income in 2022, when the former MP was still the head of the Mykolaiv Regional Center for the Treatment of Infectious Diseases, is particularly noteworthy. Her official salary then amounted to over UAH 3.1 million. It remains unclear how such a significant amount is explained.

Former deputy of the Mykolaiv Regional Council Vladyslav Neveselyi, who in 2023 worked as the head of the Department of Regional Development and Work with Local Self-Government Bodies, declared a significant amount of real estate and considerable income.

According to the declaration, Neveselyi and his family own numerous properties. These include shops, apartments, land plots, and an exhibition and office complex. In particular, the MP owns a 197.1 m² store, which he purchased in 2010 for over UAH 108,000, and an apartment that was bought back in 1996 for almost UAH 178,000. His wife owns two apartments purchased in 2021 with a total value of over UAH 670 thousand.

In addition, the wife owns at least eight other jointly owned apartments purchased in 2018, as well as a large store with an area of almost 900 m² purchased in 2017.

Nevesely 's family also owns significant land plots. In particular, the declaration lists plots ranging from 98 to 524 m², some of which are leased. They also own an exhibition and office complex with an area of 987 m², a parking space purchased in 2020 for 550 thousand hryvnias, and a land plot of 376 m².

As for vehicles, the former MP purchased a Geon X-ROAD 200 Light motorcycle in 2019 for UAH 35 thousand, and a 2015 Mercedes-Benz GL 350 CDI for UAH 650 thousand in 2021.

The income section states that Neveselyi received insurance payments in the amount of more than UAH 78 thousand, income from renting property amounted to UAH 235 thousand, and salary - UAH 202 thousand. The former MP's wife declared income from business activities in the amount of almost UAH 2.9 million. The declaration also includes cash: USD 20,500 and UAH 150 thousand.

This data is of public interest, as the former official has significant assets, which again draws attention to the level of income and property status of government officials.

It also became known that the declarations of the new heads of the National Police of Mykolaiv region are being hidden. These documents allow the public to learn more about the wealth of law enforcement officers and the correspondence of their income to their lifestyle, which helps prevent corruption risks. The declarations of the newly appointed officials for 2023 include real estate, cars and salaries.

The deputy head of Mykolaiv Regional State Administration declared real estate, cars, several companies, and started receiving a pension. In addition, his children received social benefits as internally displaced persons.
