Mykolaiv Official's Wealth: Hidden Assets and Benefits Revealed

The deputy head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military District Administration mentioned that he had an apartment and was receiving a pension. The official's children received social benefits for internally displaced persons.

This was reported by the Center for Public Investigations with reference to the Unified Register of Declarations.

In September 2024, the family of Vyacheslav Bazarenko, a candidate for deputy head of Mykolaiv Regional State Administration for Digital Development, Digital Transformation and Digitalization, purchased a room with a total area of 23.1 square meters in Mykolaiv. The property is listed as jointly owned by the MP, his wife and two sons. The family also owns an apartment they bought in 2005 with a total area of 37.9 square meters. By the way, the official apparently forgot about it in his previous declaration.

The official's wife, Mariana Kartashova, purchased a land plot with a total area of 462 square meters in 2023.

As for the cars, the MP drives a MAZDA5 (made in 2008), which he purchased in 2023 for 260 thousand hryvnias, and his wife drives an AUDI a4 of the same year, purchased in 2020 for 310 thousand hryvnias.

In addition, the official and his wife are beneficiaries of three companies: Keirfor-Yu Health Center LLC, Ukrainian Labor Solutions, and SetPet, with a total value of UAH 3 million 743 thousand 386 in monetary terms.

The official owns UAH 1,400,000 of intangible assets, which includes the copyright to the enterprise management system.

His wife's income from entrepreneurial activity amounted to UAH 737,147, plus UAH 380,716 in salary from UNIKIT GROUP LLC. The official received only UAH 1 million 374 thousand 164 in business income. Last year, his income amounted to over UAH 630 thousand.

Vyacheslav Bazarenko keeps 68 thousand US dollars in cash, and his wife keeps 30 thousand US dollars. Last year, the amended declaration indicated 60 thousand and 21 thousand dollars. That is, the family earned another $17,000 during the year.

One of the deputy's sons, Sylvester Bazarenko, received 126 thousand in social assistance as an IDP, while the other, Stefan, received only 10 thousand 320 hryvnias.

In addition to other income, Kim' s deputy receives a pension, which in 2024 amounted to 23,610 hryvnias. The official's wife also received additional benefits, including cashback and bonuses in the amount of UAH 45,835.

Last year, Vyacheslav Bazarenko, Deputy Head of Mykolaiv Regional State Administration for Digital Development, Digital Transformation and Digitalization, purchased a car in 2023 and received UAH 200 thousand as a gift. Also, the declaration for 2023 does not include any real estate. In addition, last time, the official forgot to declare the copyright to the enterprise management system.
