The State Bureau of Investigation in Mykolaiv has again announced a tender for security services. This time, the purchase amount was increased by almost two hundred thousand.

This is evidenced by data from the Prozorro electronic public procurement system.

In early December, the State Bureau of Investigation in Mykolaiv announced a tender to find a contractor to provide public security and law enforcement services.

The expected cost of the procurement was UAH 1 million 576 thousand 800. The auction was supposed to take place on December 7. However, the auction was canceled due to the lack of bids.

According to the tender description, the State Bureau of Investigation needed to protect its office premises, as well as ensure the protection of property and personal safety of individuals on the territory.

On December 16, the law enforcement agency again announced a tender for security services. This time, however, the purchase price was increased by UAH 176,200. It now amounts to UAH 1 million 752 thousand.

The auction is scheduled to start on December 24. The minimum price reduction step is UAH 8,760.

The services will be provided by the selected contractor for the period from January 1 to December 31, 2025. Payment for the services provided is expected to be made within 10 days after their completion. The selected security guards must provide information on the availability of a pistol with ammunition, body armor, radio station, uniform, handcuffs, etc.

Recently, Mykolaiv Regional Guard was awarded a contract for the protection of fortifications without competition. In November, the Department of Urban Development and Architecture announced a tender for the protection of fortifications, for which it had budgeted more than UAH 2 million. Only one bidder, Mykolaiv Regional Guard, came to the auction and was awarded the contract. The company receives two million from the city budget per month.

And it was decided to spend 5 million on the protection of ten buildings in Odesa region. The Odesa Regional Prosecutor's Office has announced a tender to select a contractor who will be paid for security services for the prosecutor's office buildings. The expected cost of the purchase is 5 million 11 thousand 200 hryvnias.

The municipal enterprise "Heat Supply of Odesa" also announced a search for a company to pay for security services. The winner of the tender is expected to provide 17 security posts and maintain 33 video surveillance cameras. The expected value of the procurement is UAH 12 million 158.4 thousand.
