Mykolaiv Allocates ₴9M for Outpatient Clinic Repairs by 2026

Mykolaiv has announced a search for a contractor to carry out the outpatient clinic's current repairs. The city budget allocated more than UAH 9 million for this purpose.

This is evidenced by data from the Prozorro public procurement system.

Mykolaiv plans to repair outpatient clinic No. 5, which is part of Primary Health Care Center No. 1. For this purpose, the Capital Construction Department of the city council announced a tender.

It is about the current repair of the premises on Bohoyavlensky Avenue. The expected cost of the works is over UAH 9 million, and they are to be completed by February 1, 2026.

The procurement was announced as an open tender with special conditions. The minimum price reduction step is UAH 90 thousand 49, i.e. 1% of the procurement amount.

The contractor must provide a bid security in the amount of UAH 270,148 in the form of an electronic bank guarantee. This guarantee must be valid for at least 120 days from the date of submission of the proposal.

Bids will be accepted until April 25, and the auction will take place on the same day. Payment will be made after the works are completed on the basis of acceptance certificates within 45 working days.

The selected contractor must confirm the availability of employees with the appropriate qualifications, knowledge and experience. It must also provide documents on the fulfillment of a similar contract. According to the tender documents, the contractor is responsible for the performance of subcontractors and acts as a general contractor to the client and as a client to subcontractors. The warranty for the services and materials provided should be 3 years from the date of commissioning.

Also, the Infrastructure Restoration and Development Service in Mykolaiv region has announced a tender for the operational maintenance of the Pivdenobugskyi Bridge, located on the M-14 Odesa-Melitopol-Novoazovsk highway. The expected cost of the works is UAH 19.7 million.

In addition, South Ukraine NPP plans to spend more than UAH 50 million on the reconstruction of security systems. This equipment is crucial for the stable and safe operation of the plant, as it ensures uninterrupted power supply to critical facilities.
