Mykolaiv Allocates ₴5M for Electricity Tender to Illuminate City Streets

Mykolaiv has announced a tender for the purchase of electricity for outdoor lighting facilities. It is planned to spend almost UAH 5 million from the city budget.

This is evidenced by the data of the electronic public procurement system Prozorro.

According to the tender documentation, electricity will be supplied to illuminate streets in all districts of the city, except for Korabelnyi district, Varvarivka, Velyka and Mala Korenykha neighborhoods. The total supply volume will be 645,000 kilowatt-hours.

The tender is held under the open bidding procedure with special conditions. Proposals can be submitted until March 22, 2025, and the auction itself is scheduled for March 24.

The expected value of the procurement is UAH 4 million 990 thousand 285. The customer is the municipal enterprise GDMB (Economic Construction Mechanization Section).

The minimum price reduction step is UAH 49,902, which is equal to 1% of the total procurement value.

To participate in the bidding, suppliers must provide a tender security in the form of a bank guarantee in the amount of UAH 49,902. The guarantee shall be valid for at least 120 days from the date of completion of the bids submission.

The electricity supply must be completed by July 31, 2025. Payment for the consumed electricity will be made on a cash on delivery basis within 10 business days after the supplier issues the invoice.

Mykolaiv has announced a tender for the overhaul of administrative buildings of a utility company. More than UAH 15 million is earmarked for the work. It is planned to renovate an administrative building, a production facility, a garage box, and an administrative building with garage facilities.

Meanwhile, the Shevchenkivske village council intends to purchase a new PEUGEOT Traveller or its equivalent worth almost UAH 2 million. The vehicle will be equipped with a Euro 6 diesel engine, automatic transmission, rear view cameras, climate control and other modern options.
