MP's firm from Izmail wins right to maintain roads in Bolhrad district

The State Enterprise "Local Road Service" conducted a procurement to select a company that will be paid for the operational maintenance of public roads of local importance in the Bolhrad district.

The relevant announcement was published in the Prozorro electronic procurement system, according to the Center for Public Investigations.

The procurement was conducted in the format of open bidding with special features and the only participant was Eurodor Limited Liability Company. After the deal is signed, the company will maintain the roads until December 31. The company expects to receive UAH 111 million 785 thousand.

According to the YouControl service, Eurodor LLC is owned by Gevorg Avetisyan, a member of the Izmail City Council. The company was registered in 2005.

For example, in June, the Infrastructure Restoration and Development Service in Odesa Oblast held an auction to select a company to pay for the operational maintenance of public roads of national importance.

The procurement was conducted in the format of an open tender with special conditions, but three companies took part in it: Rostdorstroy Limited Liability Company, Evrodor Limited Liability Company, and Paritetbudinvest Construction Firm Limited Liability Company.

Eurodor LLC was chosen as the winner, having agreed to work for UAH 780 million 775 thousand.

In 2021, the Center for Public Investigations compiled a rating of companies that won tenders announced by the Road Department of the Odesa City Council within 9 months of that year.

Among the ten largest recipients of funds from the department were the Odeskholovpostach Repair and Construction Section, Dorstroy PE, and Eurodor Limited Liability Company.
