Million-dollar salary and thousands of dollars in cash: what Mykolaiv Deputy Mayor Petrov declared

More than a million hryvnias in salary, several hectares of land, and thousands of dollars in cash - these are the assets declared by Mykolaiv Deputy Mayor Anatolii Petrov in 2025. The official's declaration also includes his family's apartments, his wife's car, and additional income from renting property.

This was reported by the Center for Public Investigations.

According to the document, the official owns an apartment of 115.7 square meters located in the village of Dobra Krynytsia, Bashtanka district, Mykolaiv region. He purchased this property back in 1994, and its value at the time of purchase was 40,750 hryvnias.

His wife, Liubov Petrova , also has her own home, a 29.8-square-meter apartment in Mykolaiv. She bought it in 2013 for 129,000 hryvnias.

In addition to residential real estate, the official's family owns several land plots in the Ingul community of Bashtanka district. In particular, the official himself owns a 7.87-hectare plot, another 2-hectare plot, and a 3.93-hectare plot. Separately, the official's wife owns another 2-hectare plot. However, the value of most of these lands is not indicated in the declaration.

The declaration also lists the family's vehicle. It is a 2005 Opel Astra car owned by the official's wife. The car was purchased in 2020, and at that time its value was 93.7 thousand hryvnias.

The main source of income of the official in 2025 was the salary received at Mykolaiv City Council. During the year, he earned UAH 1,096,993.

In 2024 , Anatolii Petrov earned UAH 933,108, which averages over UAH 77,000 per month, and also received UAH 60,097 in income from property rental.

In addition to his salary, the official received additional income from renting out property to Agro Capital Center, which amounted to more than UAH 60 thousand. He also declared UAH 85,571 in pension from the Pension Fund of Ukraine and a gift of UAH 2,000 from the trade union committee of the executive bodies of the city council.

In 2025, the official's wife received UAH 372,909 in salary from the Department of Education, Youth and Sports of the Ingul Village Council of the Bashtanka District of Mykolaiv Oblast. In addition, she declared UAH 40,686 in pension payments.

Among his monetary assets , Anatoliy Petrov listed cash savings in the amount of USD 15 thousand. At the same time, the declaration does not mention any bank accounts, deposits or other financial assets.

The head of the Mykolaiv regional military administration , Vitaliy Kim, also published his annual declaration for 2025. In the document, he listed real estate in Mykolaiv, cars, his wife's business, and an expensive watch.
