The Rozdilnyansky District Court of Odesa Oblast found Olga Prysyazhnyuk, a member of the district council, guilty of violating financial control requirements and fined her UAH 850.

According to the court ruling, the deputy failed to submit her electronic declaration for 2021 to the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption in a timely manner.

"Knowing for certain that it was necessary to submit the annual declaration of a person authorized to perform the functions of the state or local government for 2021 by January 31, 2024, in violation of the law, she untimely submitted an electronic declaration to the NAPC, namely on November 23, 2025, as evidenced by an extract from the Unified State Register of Declarations of Persons Authorized to Perform the Functions of the State or Local Government," the court explained.

At the trial, the deputy pleaded guilty to the offense and sincerely repented. She explained to the court that the reason for her failure to file the declaration within the statutory deadline was that she did not know that the law had extended the deadline for filing a declaration under martial law.

Meanwhile, the asset declaration campaign for 2025 is already underway, and it is already known that Veronika, the wife of the Deputy Head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration Dmytro Radulov, acquired ownership of two Skoda Kodiaqs made in 2023 with a difference of one day, and the wife of the Deputy Head of the Odesa Regional State (Military) Administration Andriy Figel became a co-owner of the Leo Invest Energy Limited Liability Company registered in February 2025.

The deputy head of the Odesa City Military Administration, Olha Lozova, has been renting an apartment in Odesa since October 2025 and has received salaries in three places.
