The mayor of Izmail, Andrii Abramchenko, turned out to be the absolute leader in terms of declared income for 2025 among other mayors of Odesa Oblast.

Every year, the Center for Public Investigations, together with Intent, compiles a rating of declarations of the mayors of large cities and district centers of the South to compare not only income but also the structure of wealth - from savings to real estate and transportation, and the total income of Andriy Abramchenko's family in 2025 reached UAH 10.9 million.

The mayor's own income amounted to UAH 1.3 million. The main sources of the mayor's income were his salary and income from the sale of renewable electricity, while the bulk of it came from his wife's business - UAH 6.1 million. For comparison, in 2024, the family received about UAH 9.1 million, of which UAH 8.3 million came from his wife.

The second place is taken by the mayor of Podilsk , Oleh Albanskyi, with UAH 6.1 million of family income. His personal income is UAH 2.9 million, of which he received more than UAH 2 million from the sale of two cars. Oleksandr's wife declared UAH 3.1 million. In 2024, the family income was half as much - about UAH 4 million (UAH 1.2 million for the mayor and UAH 2.8 million for his wife).

The group with incomes over UAH 2 million also includes the acting mayor of Odesa, Ihor Koval, with UAH 2.2 million. Of this amount, UAH 1.8 million is the official's salary and pension, and the rest is the salary of his wife Natalia. In 2024, Koval received UAH 1.4 million in income.

The income of the former mayor of Odesa , Hennadii Trukhanov, is almost at the same level - UAH 2.1 million of total income together with his mother Maria. At the same time, Trukhanov's own income amounted to UAH 2.0 million. In 2024, the total family income was almost the same as the mayor's own income and was much lower - about UAH 1.4 million, including his mother's income.

The middle segment is formed by officials with incomes of about UAH 1.7-2.0 million. This includes, in particular, the acting mayor of Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi , Oleksandr Skalozub (UAH 2.0 million; UAH 1.2 million is his salary). In 2024, he received only UAH 936 thousand and stated that he lived on one salary.

Mayor of Chornomorsk Vasyl Huliayev declared UAH 1.8 million. At the same time, in 2024, his family income was much higher - about UAH 4.9 million, a significant part of which was provided by his wife.

The mayor of Rozdilna , Valeriy Shovkaliuk (UAH 1.8 million), also shows an increase: in 2024, his own income amounted to just over UAH 900 thousand, and his wife's salary and pension provided an additional contribution to the family budget.

The mayor of Pivdenne, Volodymyr Novatskyi, has similar figures - UAH 1.7 million. In 2024, he declared a little over UAH 1 million in salary plus pension and minor interest from the bank.

The mayors of Berezivka and Bolhrad form the bottom of the ranking. Valeriy Hryhorash declared UAH 1.3 million of family income, while in 2024 his own income amounted to about UAH 926 thousand, and his wife's income had almost no impact on the total amount.

The lowest income among those analyzed is that of the mayor of Bolhrad, Serhiy Dimitriyev: UAH 0.9 million. His situation remains virtually unchanged - in 2024, he declared only his salary (about UAH 720 thousand) and did not indicate any family members.
