On the night of August 30, explosions were heard in the temporarily occupied Crimea.
According to the Krymskiy Viter Telegram channel, three explosions were heard near the Kirovskoye airfield, one explosion was heard above the Kirovskoye railway station, and another explosion was heard near Dzhankoy. Later, citing eyewitnesses, the channel reported that at night, the Russian military allegedly shot down five UAVs in the Kirovske and Dzhankoi areas.
In turn, the Russian Defense Ministry said that two drones had been destroyed over Crimea at night. The Ukrainian side did not comment on the situation, and the statements of the Russian authorities need to be independently confirmed.
Earlier it was reported that on the night of August 16, it was very noisy in the temporarily occupied Crimea again. The Kerch Bridge was closed from 03:15 to 07:13. Explosions were heard in different parts of the peninsula. They were heard in Kerch, Bakhchisarai, Chornomorske, Sevastopol and other places. At that time, the Russian Defense Ministry said that five Ukrainian drones and two unmanned boats were destroyed over the sea and in the sea off the coast of Crimea at night. Ukraine has not yet officially commented on what happened that night in Crimea, but the spokesman for the Ukrainian Volunteer Army, Serhiy Bratchuk, said that a ferry in the port of Kerch and a boat in Chornomorske were preliminarily hit.
On the night of August 9, explosions were heard in the temporarily occupied Crimea. The occupying governor of Sevastopol , Mikhail Razvozhayev, announced an "attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine". According to him, the occupiers allegedly shot down a Neptune anti-ship missile over the city's waters at a considerable distance from the coast, and also hit UAVs and maritime drones. There were also explosions in other parts of the peninsula. For example, Crimean Wind reported shooting and a large explosion in the village of Chornomorske, Yevpatoria district of Crimea, as well as Russian air defense operations near the Belbek airfield.
