This was reported on Facebook by the Kherson Regional Prosecutor's Office.

In 2024, the Borozenske basic educational institution entered into a contract with the company worth more than UAH 68 million for the construction of a protective structure. The contractor received an advance, but failed to provide a report on the intended use of these funds within three months, which led to a lawsuit and a corresponding decision.

Earlier, the Prosecutor General's Office reported that the prosecutor's office had returned 550 hectares of land in the Kamianska Sich National Nature Park in Kherson Oblast to the state. These lands were illegally transferred to communal ownership as agricultural land. However, following a lawsuit filed by the prosecutor's office, the court overturned the relevant decisions of the State Geocadastre.

"The court fully satisfied the prosecutor's demands: the orders were declared invalid and the registration was canceled. Three lawsuits have already been fulfilled, so the National Park will retain its natural and historical potential," the Prosecutor General's Office said.

The Kherson Regional State Administration was ordered to make changes to the 135 million tender . In early August, the Department of Territorial Development of the Kherson Regional Military Administration announced a tender for the reconstruction of the building of the Vysokopil village council.

The project envisages a complete re-equipment of the premises into a modern outpatient clinic for general family medicine, which should provide the community residents with affordable primary care. The expected cost of the works is UAH 135.22 million, and funding is provided under the Ukraine Facility program of the European Union.

However, on August 13, Avtomagistral-Zakhid LLC filed a complaint against the procurement. The company challenged the requirement of the tender documents, according to which the average annual turnover of participants over the past year had to be at least 60% of the expected cost of the reconstruction, i.e. UAH 81.13 million.
