The Novovorontsov village council in Kherson region has announced an open tender to start building a local automated centralized alert system.

The tender was posted on the public procurement portal Prozorro.

The works include electrical installation at one of the community's facilities. Payment for the works is fully provided for in advance, with the expected purchase price of UAH 9,750,362.

Bids can be submitted until 14:00 on November 13, 2025. The bids will be opened on the same day. The system is to be completed by December 31, 2028.

In particular, the installation of an automated centralized warning system has also begun in the de-occupied Novoraysk rural territorial community. The project, aimed at improving the safety of residents, is funded from the local budget.

It is planned to spend UAH 892,739 for these purposes. Novoraysk Village Council signed a contract with Mykolaiv-based Falcon-M LLC. The company should complete the installation of the system by the end of this year.

It is worth noting that Falcon-M LLC is an active participant in the restoration of the region's civilian infrastructure. Since the beginning of this year alone, the company has already received contracts to install similar warning systems in a number of other communities in Kherson Oblast, including Velyko Oleksandrivska, Borozenska, Novooleksandrivska, Kochubeivska and Darievska.

Meanwhile, the Velyko Oleksandrivska community of Beryslav district plans to build a new automated centralized alert system. The total cost of the project is almost UAH 13.7 million.

The goal of the project is to provide timely warning of a threat in the event of an emergency. The estimated budget is almost UAH 13.7 million, and the estimated duration of implementation is 21 months.
