In 2023, the 28-year-old man took up the position of the so-called "deputy head of the Nyzhniosirohozsky municipal district of Kherson region".

According to the Kherson Regional Prosecutor's Office, in this pseudo-position, he performs organizational, administrative, and economic functions, coordinating activities in the areas of agriculture, architecture, municipal property and land management, housing and communal services, transport, and communications.

So recently, prosecutors of the Genichesk District Prosecutor's Office sent an indictment against him to court. He is accused of holding positions in an illegal government body established in the temporarily occupied territory.

The other day, prosecutors of the Kherson District Prosecutor's Office also sent an indictment to the court against a 48-year-old Kherson resident who in July 2022 took the position of "Head of the Department of Transport, Communications, Road Repair and Maintenance" in the occupation administration of Kherson. Law enforcement officers also completed a pre-trial investigation against a 46-year-old resident of Komyshany, who headed the "security service" of an illegally established industrial enterprise and transferred the seized property of a Ukrainian company to the Russian occupiers.

The indictment against him has been sent to court. In addition, a resident of the Kherson region, who voluntarily agreed to work in an illegal educational institution established by the occupation administration during the occupation, will also be brought to trial. Previously, the Kherson court had already found a local resident guilty of collaborating with the occupiers, who helped the invaders hold a pseudo-referendum in the Kherson region. He was sentenced to 10 years in prison with confiscation of property.
