The Kherson regional police plan to spend UAH 1.4 million to repair out-of-warranty vehicles. The auction will take place on April 28, and all work should be completed by December 2025.

This is evidenced by the data of the electronic public procurement system Prozorro.

The Main Department of the National Police in Kherson Oblast plans to spend up to UAH 1.4 million on the repair of official vehicles. This includes 764 services for the maintenance and repair of vehicles of various brands that are no longer under warranty.

The procurement was announced on April 18, with bids accepted until April 26, and an electronic auction scheduled for April 28.

Cars of various brands need to be repaired and maintained, including Toyota, Skoda, Renault, Volkswagen, Suzuki, Mitsubishi, Opel, Citroën Jumper, Nissan, Fiat, Peugeot, Subaru Legacy, Dacia Duster, Honda CR-V, Hyundai Tucson, Hyundai Terracan, Mercedes Sprinter and Mercedes Viano.

The repair work should be completed by December 10, 2025. Services will be paid for after the work is completed, within 10 calendar days.

The service station must be equipped to repair and diagnose cars, including engines, electronics, chassis, wheels, brakes, headlights, and have conditions for bodywork and painting. It is mandatory to have a guarded enclosed area for free round-the-clock storage of cars.

At the end of January, the Main Department of the National Police in Kherson region announced a series of tenders for the maintenance and repair of official cars of various brands. The total expected value of the tender was UAH 5 million.

Last December, the police purchased a brand new 2024 Suzuki SUV. Only one bidder came to the tender, so there was no need to choose who was more profitable.

In addition, in November, the Kherson police announced an auction for a Renault Duster special vehicle. The requirements for the equipment were considerable: an on-board computer, air conditioning, cruise control, and a radio. More than a million hryvnias were allocated from the budget.
