Kherson police decided to buy an SUV for almost a million hryvnias from the budget

The Main Directorate of the National Police in Kherson Oblast has announced a tender for a specialized vehicle based on a Renault Duster. It is planned to spend almost one million hryvnias from the local budget.

This was reported by the Center for Public Investigations, citing data from the Prozorro public procurement system.

Kherson police want to purchase a specialized vehicle based on the Renault Duster Zen 1.6.

The cost of the lot is UAH 900 thousand. The minimum price reduction step is UAH 4,500. The auction is scheduled to start on August 19.

The car is to be delivered by September 30 this year. Payment for the car must be made within 10 days after receiving the car.

According to the technical characteristics of the subject of the procurement, the car must be new, manufactured in 2024, technically sound, components and materials must be unused and unused. The color of the car must be ice white, the type of fuel must be diesel.

The car must have a road safety kit: an organizer bag, first aid kit, fire extinguisher, emergency stop sign, tow rope, reflective vest and work gloves. In addition, there must be a full-size spare tire.

The car must be equipped with air conditioning. And also - a multimedia system that includes: 8-touch screen, Bluetooth, USB, support for Apple Car Play and Android Auto** applications, radio, media, hands-free phone, 4 speakers, day and night modes, steering column controls, vehicle settings, ECO monitoring system.

In addition, it is to be equipped with a Motorola DM 4400 radio with antenna, AES 256 and an Ultra Strim light and acoustic panel.

In May, the Kherson National Police tried to repair Renault vehicles for UAH 994,654. Surprisingly, the maintenance and repair of the customer's official vehicles had to be carried out at a service station located in Mykolaiv. The contractor had to perform 302 services. But there were no takers.

In July, the National Police Department of Mykolaiv Oblast signed a contract for the purchase of two Renault Duster SUVs worth UAH 1.5 million. The supplier is a company owned by the former head of the Mykolaiv Regional State Administration.

The SBU Office in Mykolaiv region also announced a tender for the purchase of two specialized vehicles for its needs. The expected value of the purchase is over UAH 2 million. According to the tender documents, the cars must be no older than 2024.

Employees of the State Bureau of Investigation in Mykolaiv plan to spend UAH 91,800 from the budget to repair the Renault Duster. According to the tender documents, all components, assemblies, materials, and assemblies necessary for the performance of the procurement item are to be provided by the contractor and<span><span><span><span><span><span>included in the cost of services.</span></span></span></span></span></span>
