The selected contractor must provide the car by December 31, 2024. Payment is made by the customer after delivery of the goods.

According to the tender documentation, the vehicle must be new, manufactured in 2024, technically sound, with components and materials that have not been in use and operation. The color is specified as White Ice. The car, among other things, must be equipped with an on-board computer, air conditioning, cruise control, and a radio.

The additional equipment must include a loudspeaker, a Motorola radio, wrapping in accordance with DSTU, a safe and gun mount, a drone detector, a set of winter wheels, and a dashcam.

In August, the National Police in Kherson Oblast also announced a procurement for a Renault Duster-based vehicle. It was planned to spend almost a million hryvnias from the local budget. The car was to be equipped with air conditioning and a multimedia system.

The Delta Pilot branch of the Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority in Mykolaiv signed an agreement to purchase the car for UAH 2.95 million. This purchase was one of the most expensive car purchases in the last three months.

In July, the National Police Department in Mykolaiv Oblast signed a deal to purchase two Renault Duster SUVs worth UAH 1.5 million. The supplier is a company owned by the former head of Mykolaiv regional state administration.

In early November, the Government introduced a temporary state registration of vehicles that military personnel receive as humanitarian aid to perform their duties. Procedures for traveling abroad with these vehicles have also been regulated. The military can now register such vehicles in their own names and use them legally
