Kherson Allocates ₴580M for Road Overhaul in Posad-Pokrovske by 2025

The Kherson region has announced tenders for the overhaul of roads in the village of Posad-Pokrovske worth more than UAH 500 million. The auctions will take place on April 10, and the works should be completed by the end of 2025.

This is evidenced by the data of the electronic public procurement system Prozorro.

The Kherson Oblast Infrastructure Restoration and Development Service has announced four tenders for the overhaul of the street and road network in the village of Posad Pokrovske, which was heavily damaged by Russian shelling. In total, more than UAH 580 million is allocated for these works.

In particular, more than UAH 146 million has been allocated to repair roads on Peremohy, Pershogo Maya, Priozerna and Sadova streets. More than UAH 165 million has been allocated to restore Bobrovsky, Voennaya, Gagarin, Dedukh, Ingulets and Rakovsky Feda streets. In addition, more than 156 million has been allocated to repair Zelena, Pokrovska, Sportyvna, Stepova, Khersonska, Tserkovna and Khersonskyi lanes. More than UAH 120 million has been allocated for the repair of Husynska, Molodizhna, Poltavska and Yuzhna streets.

The tenders will last until April 10, when auctions will also be held. The winners must complete the work by December 31, 2025. The minimum price reduction step in the tenders is 0.5% of the purchase amount. Tender offers must be secured by a bank guarantee, and the winners must provide 5% of the contract funds.

If necessary, the customer may make an advance payment of up to 30% of the cost of the work.

Kherson also announced tenders for the maintenance of state roads worth over UAH 180 million. The works, which include repairs, roadside cleaning and emergency response, should last until March 2026.

In addition, since the end of February, the Kherson Oblast Reconstruction Service has launched tenders to repair houses in Posad Pokrovsky damaged by Russian shelling. Five tenders for more than UAH 238 million have already been announced for housing reconstruction, as well as two auctions for the construction of 103 new houses.

In total, since the beginning of 2025, the Kherson Regional Infrastructure Restoration and Development Service has initiated public procurement for more than UAH 2 billion. They cover major repairs, reconstruction of destroyed houses and road restoration.
