In the Odesa region, more than 10 houses and a hotel were damaged by shelling

Overnight, Russian troops launched a massive attack on civilian infrastructure in southern Odesa Oblast. As a result of the shelling, more than ten residential buildings, a hotel and restaurant complex, and administrative buildings on the grounds of a business were damaged.

This was reported by Oleg Kipper, head of the Odesa Regional State Administration. 

According to preliminary information, there were no casualties. Cleanup efforts are underway at the sites.

As reported by Intent, on September 25, a vehicle belonging to DTEK“Odesa Power Grids” was struck by a Russian drone. One power utility worker was killed, and another was injured. The enemy attacked the vehicle just as DTEK employees were driving away from the substation due to an air raid alert. The Russian drone deliberately changed course and targeted the power workers’ vehicle.

On the morning of September 25, one person was killed and another was injured as a result of a massive enemy strike on the Odesa region. Russian forces shelled a residential area and the logistics facilities of“Nova Poshta.”

 On September 24, Odesa was also under attack by Russian forces. In particular, a medical facility and dozens of buildings in the city were damaged. The attacks continued throughout the day—the occupiers struck the city with 15“banderole”-type loitering munitions.

The shelling damaged private homes and high-rise buildings. An 11-month-old girl and her 35-year-old mother were injured in the attack. Both victims were hospitalized.
