In Russia, a luxurious mansion belonging to rapper Jigan—who was born in Odesa and supported the Kremlin regime after the start of the full-scale war—has been seized. The reason was his failure to pay child support to his wife.
According to TSN, the Russian bailiff service issued the corresponding order on October 12. The artist’s debt had been accumulating since 2020. The rapper himself has not yet commented on the situation.

The property in question is a 1,282-square-meter estate located in the gated community of Timoshkino in Krasnogorsk, in the Moscow region. The complex features a helipad, a summer theater, and an English club. The property is estimated to be worth up to 350 million rubles—nearly 190 million hryvnias.
According to media reports, the mansion became Dzhigan’s property under a settlement agreement he reached with his wife, Oksana Samoilova, on April 1, 2026.
Dzhigan, whose real name is Denis Ustimenko-Weinstein, was born in Odesa and spent a significant part of his life in Ukraine. In 2007, his career began to take off in Russia following a collaboration with rapper Timati, and he later became involved in the Russian entertainment industry.
After Russia launched its full-scale invasion of Ukraine, the artist did not condemn the aggression and expressed support for Russian President Vladimir Putin. His stance drew criticism in Ukraine.
