In Odessa, following a massive attack, eight people were injured, cars were set on fire, and buildings were destroyed

On the night of August 9, Russian troops launched a massive combined attack on the Odesa region, using several dozen missiles and drones. Odesa sustained the most damage, with at least eight people injured.

This was reported by Oleg Kipper, head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration.

According to him, the attack damaged infrastructure and residential buildings. In Odesa, several residential buildings in two districts were damaged and partially destroyed. Cars belonging to local residents were also destroyed or damaged by the fire.

According to preliminary data, eight people were injured. Medical personnel assess the condition of seven of them as moderate. Most of the victims sustained shrapnel wounds.

Rescue workers, medical personnel, law enforcement officers, and utility services are working at the sites of the strikes. All victims are receiving the necessary assistance. Law enforcement officers are documenting yet another war crime committed by the Russian Federation against the civilian population.

In addition, the city is currently without power. Official authorities and relevant services have not commented on the power situation.

On August 7, the FC “Chornomorets” stadium was damaged as a result of an enemy strike. The roof, windows, and stands were damaged.

In addition, a 29-year-old woman sustained shrapnel wounds as a result of the attack. The victim is receiving all necessary medical care.

On August 6, occupying forces attacked the Odesa region with drones. An enemy strike hit one of the enterprises in the Odesa district, near which a shelter is located. Cars caught fire on the factory grounds. One person died at the scene. Eight others were injured, seven of whom were hospitalized.
