In 2025, Odesa region harvested more than 40 million tons of grains and pulses, as well as significant volumes of oilseeds and vegetables. The region has confirmed its status as one of the key agricultural leaders in Ukraine, demonstrating high production rates of certain crops.

This is evidenced by the data of the Department of Statistics in Odesa region.

The total gross harvest of grains and legumes amounted to 40.4 million tons, oilseeds - 10.8 million tons, and vegetables - 2.9 million tons. In the structure of grain crops, wheat accounts for the largest share - 62.9%, followed by barley (22%) and corn (9%). Among oilseeds, winter rapeseed and kola are the leaders (55.4%), while sunflower accounts for 40.8%. Vegetable production is dominated by tomatoes (37%), onions (22.5%), and other vegetables.
