In Odesa, three educational institutions were granted permanent use of land plots with a total area of more than 4 hectares. These include two kindergartens and a lyceum, which will be able to use the land for the construction and maintenance of educational facilities.

The relevant orders were signed on October 8 bySerhiy Lysak, head of the Odesa City Military Administration.

Specifically, Kindergarten No. 295 received 0.94 hectares at 14-A Yaroslav Baiss Street, and Kindergarten No. 307 received 1.09 hectares at 38-A Vladislav Buvalkin Street.

The largest plot, measuring 2 hectares, was transferred to Odesa Lyceum No. 130 at 56 Mykola Arkasa Street. Thus, the total area of land transferred to the three institutions amounts to 4.03 hectares.

All three plots are classified as land for residential and public development. The institutions must register their right to permanent use of the land and, within two months, resolve issues regarding green spaces.

As previously reported by Intent, the Odesa City Council has recently adopted a series of resolutions regarding the transfer of land plots for permanent use.

In particular, three municipal educational institutions received land: Elementary School No. 54, Gymnasium No. 25, and Kindergarten No. 3.

However, the land distribution does not apply only to educational institutions. In Odesa, nearly 3.9 hectares of land were also transferred to municipal enterprises for permanent use. The plots are located, among other places, on Nezhdanova Street and in other parts of the city.
