In Mykolaiv, a contract for the installation of solar panels was signed for more than six million. The selected contractor has been involved in journalistic and criminal investigations.

According to a 2018 ruling of the Zavodskyi District Court of Mykolaiv, the company was involved in a case of a criminal organization created in 2016 by a deputy of the Mykolaiv City Council to commit crimes related to the misappropriation of budget funds.

Recently, a former parliamentary candidate held a tender for fruit for Mykolaiv schools. The winner of the tender was Point Food LLC, which signed a contract for the supply of fruit worth 851 thousand hryvnias. The prices were too high, and this company also supplied the most expensive beef for customers in Mykolaiv and Odesa regions.

A tender for almost 17 million for the purchase of laptops for Mykolaiv educational institutions went to a company that had earned more than two hundred million in government tenders in two years. The winner was not the lowest bidder. According to the terms of the tender, the contractor is to provide 65 educational institutions in Mykolaiv with laptops.
